The Penny Blue takes its name from the world's rarest stamp Penny Blue, printed in 1847. Today there are probably only 12 pieces of this stamp. However, it only became so sought after because of a printing error. It was not printed as usual "Post Paid", but "Post Office" up. This single cask rum matures for 12 to 13 years in whisky casks.
